MEP DRAWINGS is used to represent duct, piping, plumbing, electrical conduits & fire protection piping works. It can also be used for coordination and collaboration work. AS BUILT DRAWINGS reflects changes during the construction process, and show the exact dimensions, geometry, and location of all elements of the work completed. SHOP DRAWINGS is drawn in detail to explain the fabrication and/or installation of the items to proceed for construction. Like a step by step "assembly manual". SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS is a representation of the elements of a system using abstract, graphic symbols rather than realistic pictures. It is usually arranged to be more easily interpreted by the viewer. REVISIONS AND MARK UPS are issued to communicate changes to the relevant team. These drawings modify the information and are usually communicated through red line mark ups and revision clouds.
